Deerfield Media (Vail), Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to buy the assets and operations of TV8 from The Vail Corporation. The acquisition is contingent upon, among other things, receipt of applicable regulatory approvals and other required consents. The transaction is currently expected to close in May.
